What do I need to apply?
- Complete an application online at bealetonstationhoa.membersplash.com/membership/join.
- List only those members who live in your household on a full-time basis.
- Select the proper membership status.
How do I pay for my application (outside members)?
- All payments for outside memberships can be processed online in your MemberSplash account.
Do I need to complete a new application each year?
- No — your account will remain active year over year.
- Before each pool season, review your account and update any changes to members in your family.
How do I get a guest pool pass?
- Guest passes are $10.00 each and are good for 5 visits.
- You can purchase them through your MemberSplash account.
- Guest passes are viewed through your account online. Lifeguards will note your account when you bring guests to the pool.
How do I get access to the pool?
- Once your application is submitted and approved, your account will be listed as active.
- Arrive at the pool and provide the lifeguard with your name so they can check you in.
- If your account is not up to date or active, the lifeguard will inform you. Please send any questions related to your account to [email protected].
Can I host parties at the pool?
Absolutely. Our pool is the perfect venue for hosting events and parties. Whether it's a birthday celebration or another gathering, we can accommodate your needs. Please contact our management team to discuss options and availability.
What safety measures are in place at the pool?
Safety is our top priority. In addition to having certified lifeguards on duty, we enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a secure swimming environment for all guests. This includes regular water quality testing, clear signage indicating pool rules, and readily accessible safety equipment.
Can I bring outside food and drinks to the pool?
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted at the pool. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing glass containers and alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
Is there a separate area for children to swim?
Yes — we have a designated children's pool area where kids can splash and play in a safe environment. Our children's pool is shallow and monitored by lifeguards to ensure the safety of our youngest swimmers.
When does the pool open and close?
- Opening Day: the Saturday before Memorial Day.
- Closing Day: Labor Day.
What are the pool hours?
- School Hours: Mon–Fri from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Sat–Sun from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Summer Hours: Mon–Sun from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
