Rent the Pavilion for Your Next Gathering
The Bealeton Station Pool pavilion is available to rent throughout the season for birthday parties, family gatherings, and small community events. Our pavilion is right next to the pool, making it an ideal spot for summer celebrations.
⚠ Important — Read before you book
When booking, the system will show a "Members" section with a list of your family members. Only select your own name. The $25/hour fee covers the entire pavilion as a single rental — adding family members will multiply your charge.
Your family and event guests don't need to be added to the reservation. They simply attend the event with you.

How to Book
Sign in with your Bealeton Station credentials
Use your member account login at the top of this page.
Go to Reservations → Make Reservations
From your Manage Account menu, choose Reservations, then Make Reservations. Select the Pavilion Rental group.
Pick your date and time
Choose any open slot at least 7 days from today. Maximum rental length is 3 hours.
In the Members section, only check your own name
Do not add family — the $25/hour fee is for the entire pavilion. Adding others multiplies your charge.
Review rules, agree, and pay
Read the pavilion rules at checkout, agree to the terms, and pay $25/hour by credit card. Your reservation is confirmed instantly.

Things to Know Before You Book
- Bookings require a minimum 7 days advance notice
- Maximum rental length is 3 hours per booking
- Pavilion is available during pool operating hours
- All pavilion rentals are non-refundable
- If the facility closes for severe weather, your rental is rescheduled within 30 days at no charge
- Pool rules apply to all guests at all times
- Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
