Memberships at Bealeton Station Pool aren’t limited to HOA residents. Each season we open memberships to outside households across Bealeton, Remington, Warrenton, and the surrounding Fauquier County area. If you live nearby and want a dependable place to swim all summer without driving to Warrenton or Manassas, you’re welcome to join.
Memberships are priced by household size (see the rates below) and cover everyone on the account for the full season.

- Add everyone in your household to the account.
- Pay online to activate your membership for the season.
Once your payment is processed, your whole household is set for the summer. If you add a family member later, just let us know so we can make sure they’re marked active.

Bealeton Station Pool is at 6110 Olivera Ave, Bealeton, VA 22712. We’re easy to reach from Bealeton, Remington, Warrenton, and the southern Fauquier County communities along Route 17 and Route 28. There’s no other neighborhood pool in Bealeton — if you’ve been driving the kids out of town for a place to swim, we’re a lot closer than you think.
